Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid any charges or penalties.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to our cancellation policy.

• Changing your appointment less than 24 hours before your reserved treatment will be considered a cancellation, and our cancellation policy will be applied.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

• “No shows” or cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Booking Changes

Should you need to modify your booking? Reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please be aware that if last-minute changes occurs, we will apply a cancellation fee , as outlined in the policy above.

 

Preparation 

Kindly verify that all the details of your booking, including the date, time, treatment, and duration, are accurate.

Please make sure you have drink enough water and make sure you have not eaten much. Check the route & our location to make sure you are on time. Arrive at least 15 min prior to your appointment. ​​

 

Payment Methods & Additional Service Charge

A credit card convenience fee of 3% will be applied to all transactions. This fee is charged to cover processing costs associated with credit card payments. This fee does not apply to other payment methods, like cash or debit cards or local cards.

 

Gift Voucher

You can redeem your gift card fully or partially when making a booking. Contact us by phone or email. The Gift card is valid for a period of 1 year after delivery.
